So ... you're wondering what exactly a fanlisting is?  Well, that's what this little page is for.  A fanlisting is something that was thought up by the brilliant people over at thefanlistings.org and involves people that are fans of a particular thing, be it a movie, a particular character in a movie, a band, a book ... just about anything ... coming together to build the biggest listing of people from all around the world for their chosen subject.  And I think it's a such a brilliant idea I decided to make up a little one of my own!

This particular fanlisting is for the heroines of Disney's many movies.  From the Princesses like Snow White (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Aurora (Sleeping Beauty), Ariel (The Little Mermaid) and Princess Jasmine (Aladdin) to the animal heroines like Nala (The Lion King) and little Miss Bianca (The Rescuers) -- here is where they'll receive the recognition they deserve.  This version of the fanlisting features the gypsy Esmeralda from The Hunchback of Notre Dame.  The title, Once Upon a Dream, comes from one of the songs in Sleeping Beauty -- I thought it was appropriate, since most of the Princesses and heroines seem to be dreaming of something more than they have.  It seemed to me to fit.

All you have to do to join is sign up over on the Join page -- fill in the form and send it to me. You don't even have to have a site to join up!  All you need is a love for these animated heroines and a working e-mail address.  If you do have a site, wonderful!  There's some codes (which are just little graphic banners) for you to choose from and link back here so that other people can find the place.  The rules for this fanlisting are more clearly set on the Rules page, so I would suggest you read them very carefully.
