Dreams Come True

1. This is a friendly, clean and kid safe web competition. Your website doesn't have to be Disney related to join my web comp, it can be about any subject, but......please no sites containing any pornographic, nudity, or unpleasant adult material contents.

2. There will be NO bashing here at Dreams Come True. It is important to show respect for others and for this web competition. You will be removed from Dreams Come True if you are found doing this.

3. If you need LOA, please let me know by e-mailing me in advance by the following Sunday night 11:59 P.M.

at once okay.

4. You MUST have a working guestbook that allows HTML on your website.

It is mandatory here at the web competition.

5. You MAY have more than one website to be a part

of my web competition.

6. You must have no copyright infringements or stealing of other's work. If you use something that belongs to another person, please ask permission first.

NO exceptions.

7. You will need a proud member/vote banner up on your website before you join. They must be linked at the appropriate links listed at the banners link. If you don't do this, you will be notified via e-mail until you do so.

8. You must self-vote at least 3 days in order to advance to the next level. You are allowed to self-vote 2x daily + 1 additional vote from a family member for a total of 3 votes Monday - Thursday. There will be no ballot stuffing after that. If this occurs, you will be notified and be removed from the web competition immediately.

OUTSIDE-VOTING RULE

Outside voting is when you ask family members or friends outside the comp world to vote for you. Even though it's allowed, I have limits to outside voting in order to make competition fair to everyone. Outside voting is limited to only 1 extra family member as I said in rule #8. That 1 extra family member of your choice will also have to adhere to the 1 family vote per day rule in both of Dreams Come True & Pet Dreams.

SOLICITING VOTES FROM SOCIAL MEDIA (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! IF DISCOVERED, YOUR SITE/S WILL BE DROPPED FOR 8 WEEKS!

Votes coming from any more people other than the 1 extra outside friends/family members will be deleted, and you will be placed "ON HOLD" for the following week. If it happens again for a 2nd week, you will be dropped from Dreams Come True/Pet Dreams indefinitely. I cannot have more votes than what's allowed, or I will consider it to be "ballot stuffing/cheating!" This is not fair to our other members, and it will not be tolerated.
